- Initial System Baselining and Remediation: The first service visit must establish a new operational baseline, performing all annual and semi-annual maintenance tasks, a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, and immediate reporting of critical issues with remediation quotations.
- Annual Preventive Maintenance: Includes visual inspection, cleaning, thermal scan, parameter verification, functional testing, sub-assembly inspection, connection torque checks, and filter replacement.
- Semi-Annual Battery System Maintenance: Involves visual inspection of battery components, connection integrity checks, battery cell/jar health checks (voltage and impedance), and environmental assessments.

Contractor Requirements
