• Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference: Lists numerous FAR clauses that are incorporated by reference, requiring offerors to review and comply with their full text, which can be accessed electronically.
• Addendum - Quality Assurance: Specific requirements for products that will touch USCG aircraft, including immediate notification of non-conformities, contractor quality control manual details, and change management processes.
• Packaging and Shipping Instructions: Details on how materials should be packed and shipped to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center.
