- Removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement and silty subgrade soils.
- Removal and offsite disposal of an existing large diameter pipe culvert and concrete drop inlet structure.
- Installation of a new precast reinforced concrete box culvert, headwalls, wingwalls, and an energy dissipator (rock riprap-lined stilling basin and apron).
- Clearing and grubbing of trees.
- Removal, stockpiling, and reuse of existing 18-inch rock riprap.
