Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must include Unit Price, Total Price, and Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT). If the government's required RTAT cannot be met, capacity constraints must be provided. Pricing is valid for 60 days after the closing date. Teardown and evaluation only quotes will not be accepted. For Firm Fixed-Price, Beyond Economical Repair (BER) does not exist; Beyond Repair (BR) is possible with DCMA concurrence. A price reduction will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT, unless delays are excusable.
Additional Notes
Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required. All freight is FOB Origin and will be handled by Navy CAV or proxy CAV. Contractors must provide CAGE information for awardee, inspection/acceptance, and facility/subcontractor.
