Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide salary and benefit data for local national personnel in the United Kingdom, supporting the determination of compensation based on prevailing rates across specified regions and job ranks.

• Provide national and regional pay data for benchmark jobs across specified wage areas, including company participation numbers, size (employment and revenue), and industry.

• Data must be current as of December 31st of the applicable year.

• Deliver data in Microsoft Excel format, utilizing specified job profiles and categories (Staff, Works, Catering, Retail).

• Provide a benefit report detailing monetary and non-monetary benefits, including narrative and tables.

• Include Pay Movement Factors (PMF) for management, clerical, and operative categories.

• Data report to include specific columns: Company Code, Job Code Number, USF Grade, Job Title, Rank, Region, Median (base pay/hr), Simple Average (base pay/hr), Weighted Average (base pay/hr), Number in Job, Company Size by Employment, Company Size by Revenue, and Industry.

• Minimum number of sources required for each benchmark job category is specified.

• Benefit reports require frequency tables or regular tables, with numeric results for trends.

• The contract period includes a base year and potential option years.

• Deliverables are due annually, starting January 2, 2028, with subsequent deadlines in early January for each following year through 2032.

• Data collection is focused on locations across the United Kingdom.

• Benchmark jobs exclude apprentices and part-time employees.

• Data must be presented in a specific Excel format (Attachment 1) and PDF narrative (Attachment 2).

• Companies must remain anonymous.

• The M25 motorway is used as a boundary to distinguish employment practices by location.
