Lease Terms & Requirements

- Servicing: A fully serviced lease is required, including janitorial services (during business hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), utilities, and tenant alterations as part of the rental consideration.
- Access: Government requires 24/7 access to the space. Normal operating hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
