UP-FITTING OF FLAG LE PATROL VEHICLES

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the "FLAG Outfitting of (2) new law enforcement patrol vehicles" for the National Park Service (NPS) Flagstaff Area National Monuments. The government requires two new vehicles to be commissioned for FY2026. Each vehicle will be treated as a component of the overall project, and contractors may bid on vehicles together or separately. The government may choose to contract components individually or the entire project at once.

• Up-fitting of two (2) 2026 Ford F150 (4x4, Police Responder model), Marked Patrol Vehicles.

• Services include installation of emergency lighting, radio, prisoner cages, push bumpers, electronics, and vehicle graphics.

• Contractors may reuse existing equipment provided by NPS or purchase and install new equipment.

• All equipment will be tested to ensure proper workmanship before delivery.

• Specific equipment to be installed includes:

  • Motorola APX8500 Mobile Radio & Microphone
  • Vehicle graphics (provided by NPS)

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price commercial contract/award.

• Period of Performance: November 13, 2025, to September 30, 2026.

• Delivery Date: September 30, 2026.

• Quotations must be submitted by March 4, 2026, 1700 ES.

• Evaluation will be based on Price, Technical Capability, and Prior Experience.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• A Technical Questionnaire and Prior Experience references are required.

• Not specified as a small business set-aside.

• The Statement of Work (SOW) is attached and provides further project requirements and specifications.

• A SCA Wage Determination and Technical Capability Questionnaire are also attached.
