• A mandatory Government-scheduled site visit is on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 0930 at the FEAD Cherry Point office, Building 87.

• Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 52.228-1. An electronic copy must be submitted with the proposal; failure to do so will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.

• Performance and Payment Bonds will be requested at the time of award, with specific requirements based on proposal value:

  • No bonds required for proposals less than $40,000.00.
  • Proposals valued at $40,000.00 and greater require a payment bond only.
  • Proposals valued at $150,000.00 and greater require a bid bond, a payment bond, and a performance bond.

• Applicable wage determination (NC20250018 11/21/2025) and Executive Orders regarding minimum wage apply.

• Specifications, drawings, and associated project documents are posted at www.sam.gov.

• Offerors are advised that funding may not become available, and no award will be made if funds are not available.
