Contract Clauses

Statement of Work (SOW)

To restore a 45-ton AAON HVAC unit at the Pungo Transmitter Station to full cooling capacity and modernize its controls, ensuring reliable 24/7 mission-critical operations for the RTF PUNGO server room.

• Repair/replace a leaking discharge pressure transducer on circuit #1.

• Recover refrigerant from circuit #1, replace the transducer, pull a vacuum, and recharge with 75 lbs. of R410A refrigerant.

• Upgrade the control interface by removing the failed unit and associated wiring, installing a new communications cable, and installing a new control interface with associated wiring and components.

• Commission and thoroughly test the system and all components to ensure reliable 24/7 operation.

• Provide an operational demonstration of the new control system to the site manager.

• The system must support 24/7 mission-critical operations.

• Deliverables will be reviewed by the COR, with a specified period for review and correction.

• Period of Performance: Parts and materials to be ordered no later than 3 days after award. Work to be completed no later than 1 month after award (pending parts and material lead times).

• Place of Performance: USCG RTF PUNGO, 1900 Indian River Rd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23456.

• Qualified Personnel: Work must be performed by technicians authorized/certified to work on AAON systems.

• Continuity of Support: Contractor must maintain required support levels and notify the COR of any absences, providing qualified replacements.

• Key Personnel: A Project Manager is designated as Key Personnel and must be identified in the proposal. Substitutions require Contracting Officer approval.

• Employee Identification: Contractor employees must wear identification badges and identify themselves as contractors.

• Employee Conduct: Employees must comply with all applicable Government regulations and policies.

• Government Furnished Resources: None will be provided.

• Contractor Furnished Property: Contractor must furnish all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and services.

• Reporting: Written reports must be provided in electronic format compatible with DHS workstations.
