UPGRADE OF D3 TO D4 ON ZEBRA PRINTERS

Statement of Work (SOW)

To upgrade the DataRay equipment from D3 to D4 interfaces for Zebra printers used for patient wristbands at the Cheyenne River Health Center.

• Provide new equipment and parts for the required products. No used, refurbished, remanufactured, "Gray Market Goods," or "Counterfeit Electronic Parts" are permitted.
• All equipment must be accompanied by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM's) warranty.
• A DataRay Technician will be onsite to perform professional installation, testing, and end-user training.

• Place of Performance: Cheyenne River Health Center, Eagle Butte, SD.

• Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027.

• Hours of Operation: Work will generally occur between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Work outside these hours requires approval from the IT Supervisor with ample notification.

• The upgrade is necessary because the D3 interfaces are End of Life and End of Support.

• This upgrade will enable the Zebra printers to be supported and maintained under the current service agreement.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation, for Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors. The objective is to identify potential vendors capable of providing new equipment and new parts for an upgrade of Data Ray D3 interfaces to the D4 platform. This includes a one-year Managed Services Agreement (MSA), replacement of fifteen Zebra ZD421HC healthcare printers, and professional installation, configuration, testing, and training services to ensure uninterrupted BCMA and label printing operations.

• Upgrade thirty-one (31) existing Data Ray D3 interfaces to D4.

• Replace fifteen (15) Zebra ZD421HC healthcare printers (300dpi).

• Configure printers for RPMS-compatible wristband and medication labeling.

• Provide one (1) year Managed Services Agreement (MSA) support, including 24/7 remote technical support, proactive system monitoring, software patching, and hardware diagnostics.

• Provide professional services including installation, configuration, system testing, validation, end-user training, and post-installation support.

• Ensure compatibility with RPMS and BCMA workflows.

• Address IHS cybersecurity and vulnerability remediation requirements.

• Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027

• This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only and not a solicitation.

• Responses will be used to refine acquisition strategy and determine if a competitive set-aside or other approach is appropriate.
