Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial products and services, specifically for the procurement of six (6) static double conversion on-line UPS systems. The systems must conform to UL 1778, accept three-phase 480VAC input, provide single-phase 120VAC output, and include a 125VDC stationary lead-acid battery system (battery system supplied by U.S.B.R.). This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• UPS Systems:

  • 4 systems rated for continuous duty at 20kVA minimum.
  • 2 systems rated for continuous duty at 40kVA minimum.

• System Components: UPS module (IGBT - SPWM Technology), Input/Output Isolation Transformers, 7" Touch Display, Mimic Panel and Keyboard, Battery Test, Web Based Monitoring, Alarm Dry Contacts, Data Logging, Static Bypass Switch, Battery Temperature Compensation, Real Time Clock, Input/Battery/Bypass/Inverter Output Circuit Breakers, IP20 Rated Enclosure, UL 1778 compliance, Input Harmonic Filter (THD < 5%), UPS Output Circuit Breaker, External Manual Bypass Switch, External Bypass Voltage Matching Transformer, Emergency Power Off (EPO), Modbus Communications Module.
