The estimated cost of this construction project is between $5,000,000.00 & $10,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 36.204. The target ceiling for this contract is approximately $8,000,000.00. Offerors are under no obligation to approach this ceiling.
Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds have been made available.
This solicitation is full and open. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. The NAICS for this solicitation is 236220, with a size standard of $36.5M.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.SAM.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of FAR 52.232-33 and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for 06 December 2018, 01:00 PM Central Time. Participants will meet at Building 849 Georgia Ave Fort Campbell, KY, 42223-5108
Note: All visitors must check in at the Visitor's Center at Gate 4 on the day of the visit with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Visitor's Center personnel will conduct a brief background check prior to issuing a one day pass. Please allow for at least 30 min to process through the Visitor's Center. Anyone arriving after the party departs for the project location will not be permitted to participate in the visit.
If any of the contractors believe they may have something on their record that could get flagged during the background check, they can submit their information to Ms. Dawn Cook, 270-798-5060, Dawn.R.Cook@usace.army.mil prior to the visit so that she can submit their information for the one-day pass prior to them needing it the day of the site visit. Contractor inquiries must be submitted through ProjNet as addressed in the solicitation--no inquiries regarding the scope of work will be answered during the site visit.
