Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU) requires the emergency replacement, procurement, and installation of a new dental vacuum and compressor system for its Dental Department due to the failure of existing units, which has caused an immediate disruption to patient care.

• Provide, deliver, and install new dental vacuum and compressor systems.

• Remove and dispose of existing Hitachi air compressors and Bison dental vacuum systems.

• Install all required interface control assemblies and ancillary components.

• Calibrate and test systems to ensure proper suction and compressed air performance.

• Provide on-site training for clinic staff on operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Provide warranty documentation and user manuals.

• Comply with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) procedures, including dust containment and daily cleaning.

• Comply with facility access, identification, and security protocols.

• Systems must meet manufacturer specifications and performance standards.

• Maintain vacuum pressure within manufacturer specifications at full load.

• Provide continuous compressed air supply at required PSI and flow rate for multiple operatories.

• Air quality must be dry, oil-free, and suitable for clinical dental equipment.

• Noise levels must be within manufacturer allowable operating limits.

• All work must comply with manufacturer specifications, OSHA Safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local electrical and plumbing codes.

• Place of Performance/Delivery: Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center, Dental Department, 1270 Kot-Num Road, Warm Springs, OR 97761.

• Period of Performance: Begins on award date and concludes with final system acceptance. Expected completion within 15-30 calendar days from award. A one-year warranty is required post-acceptance.

• Installation: Requires coordination with a vendor representative, certified electrician, and licensed plumber.

• Disposal: Existing equipment removal and disposal in accordance with local regulations.

• Training: On-site training for clinic staff.

• Security: Contractor personnel must comply with facility access, identification, and security protocols. IT security policies must be followed for any digital components.

• Government Furnished Property: Access to facility, installation site, workspace, utilities, and existing electrical/plumbing infrastructure.

• Routine maintenance and service contracts.
