The 3200 Block projects involve construction and conversion of facilities at JBLM. Set-aside classifications will be announced on a per-project basis. Key projects include:
- Building 3218-3219 (Conversion): Estimated cost $60-90 million. A Total Small Business Set-Aside, with advertisement planned for February 2026. Contract POP: 24 months.
- Building 3221-3222 (Conversion): Estimated cost $53 million. This was a Small Business Set-Aside and has been awarded to HCPA-Garco JV. Contract POP: 24 months.
- Secure Operations Facility/All-Domain Operations Center (ADOC) (New Construction): Approximately 34,200 sq ft, estimated cost $90-$150 million. An Unrestricted (Full and Open Competition) solicitation, with advertisement planned for February 2026. Contract POP: 29 months.
