Scope of Work
This requirement involves the rental of:
- Ten (10) containerized office units, each supporting a minimum of three personnel and including an integrated CCTV system with audio transmitting to a monitoring office.
- One (1) monitoring office container, supporting a minimum of six personnel.
- Eleven (11) tables and thirty-six (36) chairs.
- All necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for delivery, placement, setup, connection to power and data, testing, and government demonstration/training.
CCTV systems must meet specific performance standards, including 1080p resolution, low-light performance, clear conversational audio, and 10-day recording retention. HVAC systems must maintain temperatures between 68–75°F. UPS protection for monitoring equipment for at least 15 minutes is required.

Evaluation
