• Weapons Familiarization Range: Instruction on pistol and rifle marksmanship, including assembly/disassembly, loading/unloading, malfunction correction, magazine changes, firing from various positions, and engaging targets at specified distances.

• Attack Recognition and Response Training: Training on surviving direct and indirect fire, identifying attack trends, unconventional methods, target selection, cover vs. concealment, responding to alarms and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), and movement over uneven terrain.

• Tactical Medical Training with MARCH: Instruction on rendering first aid for casualty-producing events, including MARCH method for casualty assessment, managing massive hemorrhage, airway management, respiration, circulation/splinting, hypothermia, and vital signs documentation.

• Vehicle Dynamics Training: Exercises to enhance car control skills, awareness of vehicle interactions, and techniques for evasive driving, including threshold braking, swerving, turning, off-road recovery, and responding to attack scenarios.

• Fire as a Weapon Training: Skills to egress from hazardous environments related to fire and smoke, identifying and mitigating hazards, fire safety equipment, and safe egress techniques.

• Culminating Exercise: A realistic, scenario-based training exercise integrating all learned objectives in a high-threat, high-risk environment.

• The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce and ensure uninterrupted instruction.

• Training facilities must be located within fifty (50) miles of SATCO at Fort Bragg, NC.

• Training sites must be within ten (10) minutes of each other.

• Facilities must include adequate male and female latrines, a potable water source, and a break/lunch area for at least ten students.

• The range must comply with state and local firearm laws and Army Regulation (AR) 385-63, Range Safety.

• The contractor shall provide a written After Action Review (AAR) within three business days after each FACT-E training class.

• Place of Performance: Contractor's training facility/facilities within fifty (50) miles of SATCO, Fort Bragg, NC.

• Government Furnished Property: USA SATMO will handle student administration (enrollment, scheduling, supervision). SATCO personnel will evaluate students during practical and culminating exercises.
