Purpose & Scope
This RFI is for market research only and is not a solicitation. The USASMDC is seeking information on industry capabilities to provide continuous and fully coordinated operational support for RTS test missions and space operations. The scope includes:
- Test Mission Support (TMS): Planning, cost estimation, mission test planning, execution, and post-mission support.
- Space Operations: Support for Space Surveillance Operations (SSOPS), including detection, tracking, and object discrimination.
- Sustainment/Maintenance: Maintaining RTS instrumentation, systems (hardware, software), and facilities.
- Improvements & Modernization (I&M): Engineering services for upgrades, modifications, and new capabilities.
- Cyber Security: Implementing and managing a comprehensive cybersecurity program for RTS networks and systems.
- Communications/Networks/IT Services: End-to-end operations, sustainment, and maintenance of mission communications, networks, and IT services.
- Support Services: Technical facility maintenance, design/engineering, calibration lab support, and RF safety.
- Key Systems: Operation and maintenance of radars (ALTAIR, TRADEX, ALCOR, Ground Based Radar-K), Optics, Telemetry, Control Centers, Missile Impact Scoring Systems, Data Networks, and IT Infrastructure.
- Exclusion: Base Operations Support (BOS) requirements are explicitly excluded from this acquisition and will be pursued under a separate, standalone acquisition.
Anticipated Contract Details

- Anticipated Period of Performance: Four-year base period with three two-year option periods (total 10 years).
