Quick Summary

This single-award contract has a 5-year ordering period and an estimated maximum value of $85,000,000. Proposals are due July 15, 2026.

Scope of Work

The contractor will furnish all equipment, materials, labor, resources, and supervision for meal preparation, delivery, distribution, and clean-up services. Operations are 24/7 and must be flexible to accommodate constantly changing migrant populations. All food must meet current USDA and FDA health standards, be obtained from licensed sources, and prepared in licensed locations. Menus must be developed with a registered nutritionist/dietitian, ensuring age-appropriate nutritional standards, variety, and palatability, including diverse/restricted diets (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, pork-free).
