To provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to paint (stripe) the U.S. Coast Guard Base Astoria's aviation ramp (apron).

• Repainting and adding new striping to the aviation ramp and road to facilitate safe movement of helicopters and aviation support vehicles.

• Specific tasks include cleaning the surface, applying paint in specified colors (yellow, red, blue, white), and applying reflective glass beads.

• Approximately 1800 linear feet of 6" wide stripe is anticipated.

• Contractor personnel must have proper valid identification (Real ID) for access to USCG facilities.

• A roster of contractor employees, including names, dates of birth, and license numbers, must be submitted to the COR prior to commencing work.

• Contractor must be certified and licensed for road striping work.

• Work must be scheduled to allow for continuous air station operations, painting only one half of the apron at a time.

• All work must comply with applicable Federal, State, and local safety standards, including OSHA.

• Invoicing will be submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
