• Provide labor, materials, tools, and equipment for ATS preventive maintenance.

• SDS for any chemicals used must be provided to the COR for approval.

• Discrepancy reports must be submitted immediately upon discovery.

• Services are required for the facility's automatic transfer switches at the U.S. Consulate General in Merida, Mexico.
