- Parking: Six (6) reserved for Government-Owned Vehicles (GOVs), twelve (12) reserved for producers/visitors (including one for farm-type vehicles), and thirteen (13) non-reserved for employees. All reserved parking must be on-site within 300 feet of the public entrance.
- Environment: Professional office environment, compatible with government use, not within 300 feet of residential areas, and free from adjacent businesses selling alcohol, firearms, or related to drug treatment/detention facilities. No living quarters within the building.
- Access & Services: 24/7 government access, fully serviced lease, and turnkey tenant improvements with pre-Award Design.
- Compliance: Must meet fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic, and sustainability standards. The space must not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain. Subleases are not acceptable.
