• Temporary Additional Services must be performed by the prime contractor's direct employees.
• Waste stream is non-hazardous municipal solid waste only.
• Contractor must provide a Construction Accident Prevention Plan (CAPP), past experience, crew identification, and subcontractor insurance details.
