Scope of Work
The contractor will provide janitorial services for all designated spaces within the U.S. Embassy, Bridgetown. This includes, but is not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. Services are categorized by frequency:
- Daily Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, trash removal.
- Weekly Cleaning: Polishing metal surfaces, dusting tall furniture, spot cleaning walls/baseboards, spot waxing floors, carpet shampooing, dusting windowsills.
- Monthly Cleaning: Cleaning stoves/refrigerators, wiping window blinds, cleaning inside windows, moving furniture for floor cleaning.
- Quarterly Cleaning: Removing/washing window blinds, shampooing high-traffic carpets, cleaning/sanitizing trash holding areas.
- Semi-Annual Cleaning: Shampooing carpets in all areas.
