Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and supervision to:
- Dismantle and remove the existing AC system, including two outdoor and three indoor Toshiba VRF units.
- Supply and install new Toshiba VRF/VRV equipment and accessories, specifically outdoor units MMY-MUP0801 HT8P-E and MMY-MUP1001 HT8P-E, indoor units MMC-UP0361 HP-E (1 pc) and MMC-AP0244H-E (2 pcs), and controllers RBC-AMSU52-E (4 pcs) and RBC-ASCU32Y (1 pc).
- Install associated copper pipes, electrical cabling, splitters, and other necessary materials.
- Refill approximately 26 kg of R410A refrigerant.
- Service the existing AC system as required and perform full testing and commissioning.
- Provide updated system documentation, operating and maintenance information, and basic training for designated Embassy staff.
All work must comply with applicable Czech national standards and relevant U.S. codes/standards, whichever are more stringent.
