- Parking: 40 total spaces, comprising 20 reserved/surface/secured and 20 reserved/surface/unsecured. One unreserved space must accommodate oversized vehicles (10' X 40').
- Exterior Storage: Approximately 120 sq. ft. (10' x 12') structure with a minimum 10-foot by 10-foot overhead door, suitable for UTV/ATVs with trailers. This can be a shed or similar structure.
- Standards: The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is mandatory.
- Floodplain: Space must not be located within the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.
- Telecommunications: Entities must comply with telecommunications prohibitions outlined in Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
