- Block 1: 103,263 - 108,426 ABOA sq. ft. This space must accommodate public-facing, daily visitor operations. If not on a single floor, contiguous floors with secure pathways and wiring in metal conduit are required.
- Block 2: 2,294 - 2,409 ABOA sq. ft., contiguous on the 1st or 2nd floor. This block includes approximately 75 ABOA sq. ft. for K-9 training "Bunker Storage" (approx. 650 lbs), requiring potential additional floor support. This space must allow for armed Federal Law Enforcement employees and canine officers and cannot be adjacent to schools or religious institutions.
