Scope of Requirement
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
- A minimum of 3,600 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 3,810 RSF of professional office space.
- Designated, secured, on-site parking for up to fourteen (14) government vehicles, available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Offered space must meet all Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
Lease Terms & Location
- Lease Term: Not to exceed five (5) years total, with Government termination rights.
- Location: Within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA, bounded by:
- North: Elkhorn Blvd
- East: Rio Linda Blvd to Marysville Blvd to Bell Ave to Raley Blvd
- South: Interstate 80
- West: Interstate 5
Submission Requirements
Interested respondents, including building owners and representatives, must submit the following electronically via email:
- Building name and address
- Location of available space within the building
- Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered
- Date space will be available
- Proposed rental rate per RSF
- Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the owner
