  • Offered space must meet all Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.

Lease Terms & Location

  • Lease Term: Not to exceed five (5) years total, with Government termination rights.
  • Location: Within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA, bounded by:
    • North: Elkhorn Blvd
    • East: Rio Linda Blvd to Marysville Blvd to Bell Ave to Raley Blvd
    • South: Interstate 80
    • West: Interstate 5

Submission Requirements

Interested respondents, including building owners and representatives, must submit the following electronically via email:

  • Building name and address
  • Location of available space within the building
  • Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered
  • Date space will be available
  • Proposed rental rate per RSF
  • Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the owner

  • The Government intends to conduct a competitive procurement and issue an RLP to respondents whose properties meet the minimum requirements.
