Scope of Work

  • Protecting US Government property (US Mail) from damage or loss.

Special Requirements & Eligibility

  • Contractor Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience in cargo/airline cargo delivery within the last seven years. Must possess requisite ROK Government business and transportation permits.
  • Personnel: Contract Manager requires two years of experience in freight transport and English proficiency (TOEIC 450+). Drivers need two years of experience and ROK Government licenses.
  • Vehicles: Must not exceed ten years of age, with specific types and capacities detailed, including closed-body, lockable cargo areas.
  • Security: AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC training are required for contractor employees accessing Army installations.
