Key Requirements & Evaluation
- All contracted personnel, regardless of nationality, must pass background investigations conducted by both the Contractor and the U.S. Government.
- Offerors, including Joint Ventures, must have an active registration on SAM.gov.

- Award will be made to the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
