- Supporting national campaigns and local marketing planning for 26 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups (NTAGs) and Navy Recruiting Reserve Command (NRRC).
- Utilizing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), for advertising and prospect relationship management.
- Managing media planning, placement, purchase, and tracking across various channels (TV, radio, print, online).
- Providing field event marketing services, digital prospecting, social media management, and public relations efforts.
- Operating and maintaining electronic fulfillment programs, call center services, SMS messaging, and website/application operations (e.g., Navy.com, NALTS).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
- Period of Performance: A base ordering period from January 20, 2027, through January 19, 2028, followed by four 12-month option periods and one 6-month optional option period. If all options are exercised, the contract will expire on July 19, 2032.
