The system must be heavy-duty, hot-dip galvanized, and comply with IBC 2021, UFC 1-200-01, ASCE 7-22, NEC 2023, NFPA 780, and UFC 3-520-01. Installation requires an unobstructed sky view, specific clearances, and level mounting, with cable routing protected by conduit and sealed wall penetrations. Safety must adhere to USACE Engineering Manual (EM) – 385-1-1. The Government will provide Starlink High Performance Antennas, Pipe Adapters, and 25M Cables.

- Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability requires meeting all SOW requirements. The lowest total evaluated price among technically acceptable offers will be selected.
