This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to coordinate the seamless relocation of approximately 900 employees from the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building located at 600 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Place, Louisville, KY 40202 to 220 West Main Street, Louisville, KY 40201. The awardee will provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform the work as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The performance and responsibility of the contractor shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Included with this solicitation are numbered attachments that correspond to the exhibit table within the solicitation. Please review all attachments for additional information about the scope of work, how to submit questions related to this solicitation to the Government through ProjNet, and how to submit your quotes before the deadline on 01 December 2025 at 11:00 AM ET. Please review the Evaluation Criteria in order to submit all required documents with your quote. Failure to include all required documents with your quote will be considered a nonresponsive offeror and will not be included for evaluation.
