Quick Summary

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, is conducting a Sources Sought market survey for an upcoming Environmental Architect-Engineer (AE) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This initiative aims to gauge industry interest, particularly from small businesses, for a 5-year IDIQ contract with an estimated capacity of $225 million. Responses are due by April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.

Scope of Work

The MATOC will involve performing a wide variety of Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) and other environmental services. These A-E services include, but are not limited to, environmental studies, designs, and general support for federal programs such as CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, TSCA, CWA, and NEPA. Projects will encompass environmental investigations and remedial actions (e.g., RI, FS, RD) focusing on soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water studies for contaminants like VOCs and PFAS. Documentation requiring review and approval by State Licensed Professionals (PE, PG) will also be part of the scope.
