Set-Aside & Target Audience

Response Requirements
Interested firms must submit responses (limited to 12 pages) via email to henry.c.caldera@usace.army.mil. Submissions should include:
- Identification and verification of the company’s small business status.
- Contractor's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code(s).
- Descriptions of up to three most relevant projects completed within the last seven years, similar in scope to the described work. For each project, provide completion percentage/date, scope, dollar value, number of subcontractors by trade, and self-performed portion/percentage.
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status (level possessed, expected level/date if not possessed, projected changes).
- Percentage of work to be self-performed, adhering to FAR 52.219-14 (at least 50% for service contracts).
