Scope of Work
The selected contractor will deliver comprehensive EAP services, including:
- Confidential Assessment, Counseling, and Referral: Provide up to three one-hour sessions per incident for employees and their family members, covering a wide range of issues such as alcohol/drug dependency, trauma, depression, stress management, and crisis intervention. Referral services for diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up are also required.
- Training and Education: Offer supervisory training and mental health education programs.
- On-site/Off-site Support: Provide counselor services both on-site and off-site, including transportation for off-site visits, and conduct directed visits within the New Orleans District.
- Consultation and Communication: Offer consultation to work organization leadership, facilitate group support sessions, publish weekly EAP-related articles in the MVN newsletter, and maintain an EAP website.
