This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for geotechnical laboratory testing services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District. The services will support the USACE Savannah District's Geotechnical and HTRW Branch by providing laboratory testing for soil, rock, and aggregate materials collected by USACE drill crews. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• The Contract Laboratory shall retain USACE Savannah District owned project samples for 6 months after testing completion.

• Subcontracting or reassigning testing to another laboratory is limited to 50% of the contract capacity from the primary facility and requires Government approval.
