The USACE Sacramento District is seeking industry feedback and input related to a future civil works project on Grand Island located in Walnut Grove, California. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to solicit information regarding the feasibility of loading and unloading material off Grand Island by barge. The information gathered in response to this RFI will be used to inform planning efforts to evaluate the viability of barge transport.
