The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm fixed price contract for a Chemical Compound Database in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics in Attachment 1 - FA700025Q0041 Chemical Compound Database Salient Characteristics. See the attached FA700026Q0016 USAFA Chemical Compound Database Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. The Government bears no legal liability for the costs associated with preparing a quote.
