Please review the amended RFQ combined synopsis/solicitation (any changes are highlighted in blue), amended Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses (changes and added clauses are highlighted in blue), and two new attachments: Attachment 6 - Sizes and Quantities EXAMPLE ONLY and Attachment 7 - Requests for Information (RFIs) for Polo Shirts. All quotes MUST include a SIGNED statement that the quote incorporates all amendments to the soliciation.
