- Comprehensive home team facilities, including a new locker room, showers, restroom, replay booth, and lounge space for the USAFA baseball team.
- A new locker room with showers and restrooms for the USAFA baseball coaching staff.
- A satellite sports medicine training room and an equipment mud room attached to the first base dugout.
- Construction will utilize concrete slab on grade, seat risers on grade, concrete retaining walls, structural steel framing with steel roof deck, exterior masonry load-bearing walls, concrete foundations, and concrete columns and roof structures.
