- Consulting & Administrative: Systems Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Acquisition Management.

- Big Data & Software: Intelligence Analytics, Social Media Analysis, Open Source Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence.
- Cyber: Cyber/Info Security, Intrusion Detection, Vulnerability/Threat Assessment.
Selected vendors will receive a dedicated space (one 6-foot table, two chairs) to display pop-up banners, marketing brochures, small non-operational product samples, and digital presentations. Large-scale hardware is not permitted.
Submission Requirements
Interested commercial vendors must submit a Capability Statement including:
- Company Information (name, address, POC).
- Proposed Exhibit description (items, technologies, services).
- Operational Capability in Africa (past performance, ability to operate, existing supply chain).
Key Dates
- Capability Statement Deadline: April 13, 2026, by 4:00 PM Central European Time.
- Government Notification of Selection: By April 20, 2026.
- Vendor Acceptance Deadline: May 1, 2026.
Conditions for Participation
