- One (1) optional Standard Definition (SD) video channel for Radio Farda TV (3.300 Mbps). The total required bitrate is 10.100 Mbps. Services must be Free to Air (FTA) on an MPEG DVB-S or DVB-S2 Multiple Channel per Carrier (MCPC). Content for uplinking will be provided via public Internet using Zixi or SRT error-correction protocol. The contractor must also provide 24/7/365 Network Operations Center and Technical Support Call Center.
