Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for providing personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for comprehensive DEERS/RAPIDS support. Key tasks include:

  • Timely and accurate updates to the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-Time Automated Identification System (RAPIDS).
  • Development of customer service handouts, site rosters, and site management manuals.
  • Providing accurate and timely Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Maintaining Site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Continuity Books.
  • Ensuring employee training and certifications, including RAPIDS-specific training.
  • Operating and maintaining DEERS/RAPIDS systems and workstations, and managing CAC card stock.
  • Filling vacancies within 21 days and maintaining minimum productive hours.
  • Compliance with regulatory guidance for ID/CAC cards and security requirements.
