Key personnel must possess a Senior Service College diploma, Joint Professional Military Education Phase II qualification, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, and at least five (5) years of teaching experience at a Senior Service College or accredited graduate institution. Knowledge of adult learning concepts and relevant technology expertise (LMS, Microsoft 365, AI tools) are also required. Contractors must ensure personnel meet security requirements, including installation access, background checks, and Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility, and complete mandatory training (AT Level I, iWATCH, OPSEC Level I, IA, PII).
