• Stalls: Minimum 12'x12' (12'x16' preferred), pipe construction, covered awning, indoor with adjoining outdoor pens, separate from other animals, one sick/quarantine pen, artificial lighting, freshwater/feed bin.
• Facility: Secure, insured, restricted access, round pen, arena for training (minimum 5 times/year), horse cleaning area, secured tack area, parking for 2 trucks/trailers, clean/covered feed storage, turn-out area, and no barbed wire fencing.
• Horse Care: Includes providing/storing premium feed (twice daily, 10-14 hours apart), administering USBP-provided supplements/medications, treating minor injuries, daily movement, and reporting health/behavioral issues.
• Maintenance: Daily cleaning of stalls/corral, manure removal, and general facility upkeep. The USBP will provide supplements, grains, minerals, veterinary supplies, and medication.

Email attachments must be separate and clearly indicated, with total email size under 35MB. Pricing must be valid for at least 30 calendar days.
