Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To repair fault codes on three fire detection panels at USCG AIRSTA Detroit, located at 1461 N Perimeter Rd, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045.

• Troubleshoot and repair fault codes on a Simplex 4100 panel (Building 1401) and two Monaco panels (Buildings 1463 and 1462).

• Address specific fault codes including supervisory and trouble alerts related to foam system abort, HVAC shutdown, riser issues, power supply, and ground faults.

• Disconnect and make safe any components associated with the removal of the high expansion foam system.

• Repair or replace faulty components on the panels.

• Reprogram the Simplex 4100 panel to clear faults related to the foam system removal.

• Provide and install a new battery box for the Simplex 4100 panel to allow upright battery configuration.

• Ensure all panels report a "normal condition" upon completion.

• Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and tools.

• Work shall commence no later than five (5) calendar days after award.

• The entire work must be completed and ready for use within 30 days after award.

• Location: USCG AIRSTA Detroit, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI.

• Contractor must be licensed in fire alarm system repair through the State of Michigan and submit a photocopy of the certification.

• Contractor must adhere to environmental protection requirements for hazardous material disposal.

• Work must be conducted in a safe and professional manner.

• Contractor will be escorted to facility locations and must submit for visitor badge approval.

• Quotes must include all costs, including fully burdened labor rates under the Service Contract Act.
