The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center (SFLC) seeks to identify sources, assess the availability of commercial services, and inform potential competition and set-aside decisions for a future solicitation. This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded based on this notice.

The core requirement involves dry dock repairs to the vessel at the contractor's facility, with the vessel currently disassembled. Key work items include, but are not limited to:
