Scope of Work

This includes moving existing ceiling tiles for access, removing and properly disposing of old insulation, sealing duct seams, installing new HVAC insulation on all existing ductwork, and re-installing ceiling tiles and associated fixtures. Incidental work such as removal/replacement of smoke detectors, lights, and sprinkler heads is also required. The work must adhere to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards, with a focus on minimizing dust and debris. The total contract performance period is 30 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.
