Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform insulation renewal on a 45-foot Response Boat – Medium (RB-M) while dry-docked at USCG Base Miami Beach Industrial Production Facility (100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139).
Specific Tasks:
- Install insulation in the Engine Room Machinery Space, including Port and Starboard Engine Room Air Intakes, per Drawing 45-RB-M-635-002, Rev C.
- Install insulation in the Pilot House (approx. 200 sq. ft.) and repair approx. 10 sq. ft. in the survivor compartment per Drawing 45-RB-M-635-002, Rev C.
Performance Period:
Work is expected to commence no later than 20 days after award. Extensions must be approved by the Contracting Officer. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, excluding holidays.
