Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide laundry services for Coast Guard owned linens at the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City.

• The contractor will pick up soiled linens once weekly from Building 23 (Barracks) and return them cleaned, neatly folded, and sorted by item type (pillowcases, flat sheets, fitted sheets, comforters).

• Clean linens must be covered to prevent dust or dirt.

• The contractor will provide a rolling cart for clean linens and a second cart for soiled linens.

• Pickup location is the hallway behind the main office in the barracks entrance (Building 23).

• Drop-off location is the Airsta linen closet (Room 118), which will be designated and labeled.

• After renovation of Building 54, pickup and drop-off will be at RCB Building 54 (location to be determined).
