Scope of Interest
The USCG is interested in solutions that can:
- Render and manage diverse technical content (wiring data, maintenance procedures, Illustrated Parts Diagrams, operator procedures, descriptive content).
- Operate effectively in both online (connected) and offline (disconnected/low-bandwidth) environments.
- Integrate with S1000D CSDBs or other structured content repositories.
- Support applicability-driven content filtering and linking to external USCG/DHS systems. Respondents may propose COTS IETM viewer products, integration services, or a combined approach.
